Chavdar Zlatev is the new Member of the Managing Board and Executive Director of Fibank

Mr. Chavdar Zlatev is the new Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of Fibank (First Investment Bank) and holds the position of Chief Corporate Banking Officer (CCBO).
Chavdar Zlatev joined the First Investment Bank team in 2004 as Chief Specialist in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Lending Directorate. Soon afterwards, he was promoted to Deputy Director of the Directorate. From 2006 to 2009, he worked as manager of Vitosha Branch of First Investment Bank. Subsequently, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Branch Network Directorate and in 2010 he was promoted to Director of the Directorate. In 2011, he was appointed Director of Corporate Banking Directorate. He has participated in the development and implementation of a number of banking products.

He holds a Master's degree in Macroeconomics from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. He took post graduate studies in Credit Products and Practices at the Bank of Ireland, as well as he specialized Modern Banking Practices T Banco Popolare di Verona.
Besides his position in the Bank, Mr. Zlatev is also a member of the Board of Directors of First Investment Bank - Albania and a member of the Board of Directors of "FiHealth Insurance". Fibank closed accounts in 2017 with a profit of BGN 85 million on an unconsolidated basis. The portfolio of loans and receivables rose to BGN 5.06 billion and the bank's shares increased by 69% in 2017.
