Fibank successfully introduced Oracle Flexcube 12

Fibank (First Investment Bank) has introduced the Oracle Flexcube 12 banking system.

The process, which lasted 18 months, was the last stage of the strategic project for upgrading the systems of the bank, adding a standardized B2B channel accessible via API (Application Programmable Interface) to the already traditional mobile and web channels.

Now Fibank will not only be able to meet the requirements of the European Revised Payment Services Directive (PSD2), but will also to offer its business partners the opportunity to design, implement and sell their own banking products through the updated information platform of the bank.

The updated Oracle Flexcube system will significantly increase the speed of customer service through physical and digital channels, and allow the development and delivery of much more flexible and customized products.

“I take this opportunity to thank all my colleagues that participated in the project and made it happen in record time. We are proud to have some of the best qualified staff in the country,” said Mr. Svetoslav Moldovanski, member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer of Fibank.
