Online banking through the application is fast, easy, convenient and secure.With My Fibank you get a number of advantages, including: 

  • Pay your utility bills without additional fees;
  • Pay your taxes and monthly credit card payments quickly and easily;
  • Make transfers to your own accounts and accounts of others in real time;
  • Check your balances on all bank accounts and deposit accounts, whereby able to track each transaction by using the push notifications;
  • Make online requests for cash desk deposits and withdrawals, thus avoiding a front office visit and going directly to the cashier at the bank office;
  • You can apply for a credit card or renegotiate a card limit;
  • Since the spring of 2019, Fibank customers have the opportunity to sign their consumer loan agreements remotely;
  • Digitize your Mastercard debit or credit card for payments with your phone or Garmin watch.

By banking online through My Fibank application, clients of the Bank pay up to 50% lower fees for their bank transactions than if the transfers were made at a Fibank’s office.

Since the beginning of February, Fibank offers all the advantages of online banking for corporate clients through the mobile application. Due to this, legal entities can also carry out all active banking operations, such as: transfers between own bank accounts, intra-bank transfers, inter-bank transfers in national and foreign currency, transfers from and to the state budget, signing of mass transfers, negotiating a preferential rate for the purchase or sale of foreign currency, etc.
