Fibank First Investment Bank loaded a loyal client scheme. The aim of the initiative is offering priority service and different forms of privileges for FIB’s loyal customers.
"It is of prime importance for us to improve the cares taken for the clients. By applying the “Loyal clients” program we would like to express our gratitude to all the clients for their trust in FIB and to confirm our desire and readiness to be always at client’s disposal” – said Maya Georgieva as an Executive director of FIB.
The bank has prepared special club cards which will serve for client’s identification when visiting a FIB’s office. The card shall be issued by offering different advantages for the holder. Those advantages will expand throughout development of the program.
The first privilege the card gives is service at first opportunity, before other waiting customers with no such a card.
Another direction of the loyal scheme is a promotional interest rate for deposit products in the amount of 0.2%. This goes for all present loyal clients with new deposits or renewing existing ones.
