Contribution and key responsibilities:
- Manage the back-end web application development process
- Manage the discussions for new projects related to the developments
- Act as a role model and a mentor to back-end developers
- Supervise and keep track of normal functioning of the applications developed by the team
- Supervise the support, improvement and implementation processes of the existing application software
- Perform code reviews and guide the team members
- Be accountable for the oversight and facilitation and delivery of software projects
- Identify and execute on the best combination of user research for enhancement projects
- Clearly articulate and defend development decisions in front of teams, utilizing support data as much as possible
- Work inventively around constraints and proactively navigate ambiguous situations and systems complexity
- Work primarily in TypeScript (React), Java, Go, SQL
For efficiency and effective role performance:

Bachelor's Degree – Computer Science, Information Systems or similar major
-
3 years of related experience in enterprise-grade web systems
-
1 year of related experience in managing and mentoring full-stack developers is considered an advantage

Strong back-end development skills (technologies/libraries preferred: ReactJS, Java, Go, SQL)

Experience in back-end/third-party integrations (SOAP/REST)

Fluent in English
