  • receiving regular statements;
  • avoiding the expense of depositing and counting money in a bank office;
  • ability to reverse and cancel payments;
  • improving the reporting, on a regular basis of issuing bank statements, for transactions and movements on the company bank account.
The conditions that we offer:
  • Modern POS terminal devices for making payments:
    • free provision and installation;
    • no maintenance fee for the terminal device;
    • fixed or portable devices with different types of communication - GPRS or internet connection;
    • free technical support of the POS terminals - technicians who accept your calls from 08.00am to 22.00 pm, 7 days a week by phone: (02) 800 27 99 and 0887 70 29 29.
  • Special financial conditions:
    • special conditions for opening a current account with First Investment Bank servicing payments from POS terminals - no opening fee and no minimum balance on account requirement;
    • a lower fee for servicing the current account with a service included in My Fibank online banking;
    • issuance of free business debit card to the POS terminal account; 
    • certification of accepted payments on the second business day from the date of the transaction;o timely statements with detailed information about card payments made through the terminal devices for My Fibank users; o preferential service fee for each transaction for accepting bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, BORICA, Bcard, Diners Club);
    • low monthly fee for GPRS maintenance of the card, which ensures communication connectivity of the POS terminal;
    • free electronic statements on the account servicing the POS terminals through My Fibank online banking service. 



Application
Requirements for application:
  • Existence of a company (a legal entity or a natural person) with the right to carry out business activity and registration under Bulstat;
  • Existence of a physical retail outlet;
  • A current account in BGN opened with First Investment Bank AD.

The offer is only valid for merchants who do not have a valid agreement for POS terminals with Fibank.

  • In Fibank office that is convenient for you, you can fill in a package of documents (request, contract, general terms and conditions);
  • Our employees will review your documents and return a response promptly for approval and subsequent preparation and provision of a POS terminal.
