What companies can become digital business clients of FIB AD?
Legal entities meeting the following conditions could go through the online registration process and become digital business clients of FIB AD:
- Companies that are registered in the Trade Register;
- Companies that are not representatives of foreign companies;
- Companies whose representatives have beneficial owners and/or legal representatives who are individuals with a Personal Identification Number [EGN];
- Companies for which we can establish the beneficial owner in the Trade Register;
- Companies that are not owned by offshore companies;
- Companies that do not change owners and/or legal representatives at the time of registration;
- Companies that are not in bankruptcy, liquidation or a similar legal condition;
- Companies that have a current address in Bulgaria;
- The legal representative and the beneficial owners can only be private individuals, Bulgarian citizens and not be Politically Exposed Persons (PEP’s);
Legal forms that are allowed:
- sole traders [ET], sole-owner limited liability companies [EOOD], limited liability companies [OOD], registered in Bulgaria;
What persons can make an online registration for a business client?
Online registration can be started by legal representatives and persons authorized by them, who can be identified by their Personal Identification Number (EGN).
What will I need to register online, if I meet the eligibility conditions?
You will need an ID card and a device with a camera.
Within what period must an applicant complete an already started online registration?
Within 5 days of starting the application, the required information in the application form should be filled and the documents automatically generated at the end of the process should be signed with a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) by the indicated legal representatives. After this period, the application will be automatically cancelled.
What products/services will be active after completing the online registration?
Upon successfully completing the online registration for a business client of Fibank AD, the full package of products/services to which the legal representatives who signed the necessary documents would have access includes:
- Payment account in BGN, EUR or USD
- Business package
- Debit card
- Full access to Online Banking (My Fibank)
What are the steps for making online registration?
Online registration for business clients requires completing an application form, video identification and, if necessary, providing additional documents during registration. After Fibank reviews the documents provided, there is a stage of signing contracts and documents with QES, which lead to the activation of the products/services requested during the process.
What are the methods of identification during the online registration?
The identification and signing of applications and documents is carried out by using a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES). QES is issued by our partner SIGNICAT S.L.U., as an individual or on behalf of the legal entity that is carrying the registration process.
