With the "Green Transport for Households" consumer loan, you have the opportunity to:
- Purchase a new or used electric car using a fully electric engine and not having an internal combustion engine and receive additional financing, in the amount of up to BGN 10,000 to cover costs related to the purchase (including purchase and installation of a charging station, insurance and due notary and municipal fees/taxes).
- Repay the funds you invested for an acquired electric car within 6 months of its purchase.

APR (annual percentage rate of expenditure): | APR: 5.41% calculated on a loan amount of BGN 50,000, a repayment term of 120 months, at a variable interest rate of 3.99% for the repayment term and including costs for a loan negotiation fee of BGN 704.10, an annual credit card fee of BGN 45, a package program with a monthly fee of BGN 6.85, an annual insurance premium for "Peace with FiHealth" insurance of 5.05‰ and provided that the client has submitted the application through the Call Center. The monthly installment with the specified parameters and a fully utilized loan amount is BGN 505.99. The total amount due is BGN 64,166.15. |
*If the electric car is used, it must have a date of first registration less than 3 years ago (relative to the date of loan application) and less than 60,000 km travelled.
**Variable annual interest rate, formed on the basis of SBIR + surcharge, with discounts included upon fulfillment of the following conditions: transfer of declared income to bank account with the Bank - 1%; use of a credit card from Fibank, active electronic banking and at least one registered utility payment in electronic banking - 0.50%; concluded insurance "Peace with FiHealth" - 0.20% and use of a banking package and electronic banking - 0.10%.
SBIR - "Savings-based interest rate" is a reference interest rate calculated for each individual type of currency according to the methodology announced by the Bank, used as the basis for calculating the variable interest rate on the loan applicable to the Agreement. The interest rate surcharge is calculated according to the individual credit rating of each borrower. In individual cases, the specific financing conditions determined by the bank may differ from the values specified above.
To apply for a "Green Transport for Households" loan, you must:
- be a capable individual between the ages of 18 and 65 at the time of loan disbursement;
- have a proven and regular income.
Required documents:
- Loan application;
- Copy of the ID card;
- Copy of the offer-specification for the purchase and sale of an electric vehicle – must be provided when applying for a loan;
- Copy of the purchase and sale contract for an electric vehicle – must be provided after the approval for financing by the Bank and before concluding the loan agreement;
- Copy of the Registration Certificate and invoice for the sale of the car - required for financing in order to reimburse funds for an acquired electric car and must be provided when applying for a loan;
- Other documents at the Bank’s discretion.
