Fibank Customer Referral Program
If you are a current customer - an individual with an active loan product by Fibank such as mortgage loan/overdraft, consumer loan, credit card and/or current overdraft on account, you can win cash rewards of up to BGN 750 per year by sharing your impressions and recommending the Bank’s loan products to your friends and acquaintances, and they apply for a mortgage loan/overdraft, consumer loan or credit card by Fibank.
Cash rewards:
- BGN 300 for a mortgage loan granted;
- BGN 50 for a consumer loan granted;
- BGN 25 for an activated credit card.
To participate in the Customer Referral Program, you need an individual code, which is your "referral number".
You can request and receive your “referral number” by contacting us at *2265 or by phone: 0800 11 011.
Provide the "referral number" to your friends and acquaintances to whom you recommended the Bank’s loan products.
The person who received the referral should communicate it to the Bank by indicating the “referral number” in their application for the loan product for which they are applying to the Bank.
Applications under this program can be submitted both at a bank office and online.
