Accounts for Attorneys, Special Accounts for Public Execution Officers, Insurance Brokers and Insurance Agents

Our Offer

First Investment Bank provides you with the option to open special accounts for attorneys, public execution officers, insurance brokers or insurance agents.

Account for attorneys (as per art. 39 from Attorney’s Act)

  • You have the option to open a different account for each customer’s deal;
  • At the attorney’s request,  the Bank can open a separate account for each customer of the attorney.

Special accounts for public execution officers (as per Art. 24 of the Law on public execution officers)

  • A special account for the management of funds received from the sell-off of debtors’ property;
  • The Public execution officer manages and disposes of the debtors` funds on the special account.

Customer accounts of insurance brokers and agents (as per Art.155, para 1, sec.2 of the Insurance Code)

  • Special Customer account intended for receiving insurance premiums for the insurance company as well as insurance compensations or amounts for the insured persons.



Account Opening and Documents

You can open accounts for attorneys, public execution officers, insurance brokers or insurance agents by:

  • Visiting one of the Fibank’s branches;
  • Just filling in and filing an “Application for Bank Account Opening”;
  • And signing a Contract for Account Opening.

Our bank officers will cooperate and consult you on any issue you might be interested in and will help you choose the most appropriate financial solution.

For opening insurance brokers and agents account (as per Art.155, para 1, sec.2 of the Insurance Code) of customers who are legal entities or sole proprietors, the Bank requires the provision of the same documents as those required for current account opening.
