Conditions
- The service is available to individuals through My Fibank electronic banking and My Fibank mobile application;
- The payment must be made with a credit card issued by Fibank;
- The payment should be of a minimum value of BGN 100;
- The payment should be within the available credit card limit;
- The customer should apply for a rescheduling;
- Rescheduling can be requested within the accounting period in which the payment was made (from the 20th of the month to the 19th of the following month);
- No rescheduling scheme applies to transactions made on betting and gambling sites, topping up micro-accounts and transferring funds that are not processed as payment for the purchase of goods or services.

- Individuals who are holders of a credit card issued by Fibank. The service is applied for and managed through My Fibank electronic banking platform.
3. How to apply for "Rescheduling of payments with a Fibank credit card"?
- If you apply for the service through My Fibank mobile application:
After logging into the online banking system -> "Products and services" -> "Rescheduling of payments with credit card ", the customer must select the payment they wish to reschedule and the period of rescheduling. The rescheduling option is available only to the account holder and cannot be used by a cardholder who is an individual other than the account holder.
After confirming the selected option, the customer can view the requested rescheduling in the "Ordered documents" menu
In tab "Active payments", the user has the opportunity to view the active rescheduled payments. A list is displayed and when a specific transaction is selected, a "Rescheduling Details" screen opens.
- If you request the service through My Fibank electronic banking (web/desktop):
After logging into the system -> Cards -> Rescheduling of payments, the customer must select the payment they wish to reschedule and the period of rescheduling. The rescheduling option is available only to the account holder and cannot be used by a cardholder who is an individual other than the account holder.
The customer must select the period of rescheduling and then press the "Calculate" button. A repayment schedule appears, which the customer applies and confirms the application for rescheduling.
After confirmation, the customer can view the requested rescheduling in the "Ordered documents" menu.
In Rescheduling tab under the new payments, the user has the option to view active rescheduled payments. A list is displayed and selecting a specific transaction a "Transaction Details" screen is opened.
