- Term product "Eco Portfolio"
"Eco Portfolio" provides the possibility of obtaining a return on your savings.
“Eco Portfolio” is a product where First Investment Bank undertakes to pay at least the full amount of the funds provided by the client under the contract. The bond portfolio is owned by the Bank, and each client who opens such a product will have the opportunity to receive a return on their funds. The profitability of the product is tied to the performance of the portfolio.
The specially created portfolio invests in bonds based on green projects and/or bonds based on greenhouse gas emission loans with a credit rating of the issuer A+ (S&P, FITCH)/A1 (Moody’s) or higher.

Weighted average annual return on assets in the portfolio: 0,8%.
* The Bank timely updates the financial instruments and the weighted average annual return of the portfolio.
Characteristics of the product
- For individuals and business clients;
- Currency: Euro;
- Term: 24 months;
- Early termination/withdrawal of funds: Not allowed;
- Minimum amount: EUR 50,000;
- Maximum amount: No limit (until the program is filled);
- Increasing the funds provided (additional payment): Not allowed;
- Yield: Calculated as a result of the amount provided, multiplied by 50% of the interest yield (represented as a percentage) of the bonds in the portfolio;
- Repayment of principal and yield: Yield is paid to clients annually. On the maturity date: the principal and the yield for the last year;
- Fees and commissions: No opening fee;
